The opportunity

The solution

Emla dulls pain at the site of injection. We visually described this by blending typography and illustrative elements. Softening the ascender of the letter 'l' visually after entering a circular pad, emphasised the creams use. The soft shape and colour pallet increased the feeling of a calm, pain free experience, along with rounded typographic letter forms.
